Cooking the Yucatan way!

The second cooking class with Chef Jose Luis and Chef Cesar focused on guacamole, chopping, mixing. We made yummy Horchata, mixed masa to make tortillas, fried them with the help of Chef Cesar. Yummy! What a great team!
